Overview
A plastic gift card looks and feels like something worth giving, which is half the point. Decide first how it will be redeemed — that sets the specification.
- Manual vouchers: a write-on panel holds the value, date or code. Think about who is allowed to fill it in and how you track it.
- System-linked cards: a unique barcode, QR or encoded magnetic stripe links each card to a balance in your EPOS. We need the data format from your system provider and recommend a test card.
Unique, non-sequential numbers make cards harder to guess. Premium stocks — satin black, metallic or foil — suit higher-value gifts. Carriers or wallets can be specified as an add-on.

Can gift cards work with my till?
Usually, if your EPOS supports barcode, QR or magnetic stripe gift cards. Send us the system name and the code format it expects and we’ll match it.
Should gift card numbers be sequential?
Sequential numbers are easy to manage but easier to guess. For balance-linked cards, non-sequential or longer codes are safer.
Can you supply carriers?
Card carriers and wallets can be specified as an add-on on your quote.
