Overview
An ID card should answer three questions instantly: who is this person, what are they allowed to do, and how do we check it? Photos, names, roles, expiry dates and ID numbers are printed from a spreadsheet, so every card is individual.
Choose the check method to match how you use it. A photo and printed details suit visual checks. A barcode or QR suits scanning into a system. NFC or a magnetic stripe only makes sense when your reader and software are confirmed first.
Need a few cards rather than a few hundred? Short runs start from a single card, so new starters and replacements don’t wait for a big batch. Lanyard slots and clip-on tags are available to specify.

Can I order just a few ID cards?
Yes. Yes — from a single card. Runs under 25 are priced per card plus a small set-up charge; see the Prices tab.
Are these official ID cards?
No. They’re printed cards for your organisation’s own checks. They aren’t government ID and shouldn’t be presented as such.
Can you add a chip for door access?
Only when the chip matches your reader. Tell us the system and we’ll confirm compatibility before quoting.
