A good membership card makes members feel recognised and lets your team check entitlement in seconds. Every card can carry its own name, membership number, level, expiry date, photo, barcode or QR code, printed from a single spreadsheet.
Before choosing a barcode, NFC chip or magnetic stripe, we look at how you issue memberships and what your software or door reader expects. A printed barcode works without a chip; a stripe or NFC needs compatible stock and encoding.
Plan for renewals
Members join all year. A stable design with a clearly defined personalisation area makes small follow-on batches simple. Ask about holding pre-printed cards for later personalisation if you add members regularly.

What should I put on a membership card?
Usually the member’s name, membership number, level and expiry date, plus a barcode or QR if staff scan it. Print only the personal information you actually need.
Can each card have a different name and number?
Yes. Send a CSV or Excel file with one row per member and we map each field to the design. You approve a proof with sample data first.
Will the barcode work with our software?
Tell us the system and barcode type it expects (for example Code 128 or QR). We match the format and recommend a test card before a full run.
